Teatro Pavana, a small but professional street theatre group founded in Venice in 1993, has developed into a large and highly sought-after troupe over the years. The ensemble is constantly evolving and regularly presents new plays. Teatro Pavana, which is now based in Amsterdam, employs experienced artists of different nationalities and backgrounds. Their wonderful performances combine various theatre disciplines: stilt walkers, acrobats, musicians and dancers bring the most magnificent and fantastic creations to life. With their breathtaking costumes, they transport the audience into their magical, strange world. Spectators of all ages will be amazed by the impressive performances of Teatro Pavana.

Night Colours
A marvellous stilt show for twilight or darkness. We have used the design of the white and silver colour costumes and illuminated them beautifully. Each costume contains 170 metres of light wire. The result is truly breathtaking. The mask is individually illuminated, giving it a mysterious effect. Night Colors features beautiful choreography that was specially developed for this piece. Although the design of the costumes may seem familiar, the atmosphere and ambience are completely different from the play of colours you may be familiar with.
